What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?

If someone else manages the order, confirm that they understand the proposed outcome. Keep any unresolved question explicit rather than assuming it was included automatically.

Check whether a described problem relates to a stated product limitation. Avoid interpreting popularity as proof that the product meets your individual requirements.

How can I check whether a purchase involves ongoing commitments?

Check what happens at the end of a disclosed initial period. Check whether future charges are described clearly before accepting them.
