What should I check before joining an availability notification list?

Check whether the service sends alerts once or repeatedly. Keep the product reference in your own planning notes.

How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?

Do not assume a lack of response confirms your interpretation. Do not replace an existing order reference with an invented identifier.

What should I check when renewing an expired quotation?

Ask which quotation reference should appear in your acceptance. Do not assume renewal creates an order automatically.
